Privacy Policy

Infant & Child Policy:

1. Child below 5 years will be complimentary on the adult meal plan without any extra mattress and will be charged for Govt. ferry/Makruzz/Coastal Cruise/Green Ocean.
2. If a child takes a mattress extra adult rates will be applicable. Child from 12 years is treated as an Adult.
   Child between 5 to 11 years is charged with/without extra mattress.

Payment Policy & Mode of Payment
Advance Booking Fee:

1. 60% of total amount at the time of booking.
2. Rest of the 40% at the time when you will reach to Port Blair.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

1. Andaman Orchid Tours and Travels believe in helping its customers as far as possible, and have therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
2. 5% retention will be charge if booking is cancelled any time after confirming the package.
3. 10 % of retention will be applicable if any Reservation cancelled before 30 days.
4. Any Reservation cancelled between 15 days to 30 days of arrival 50% retention will be charged.
5. Any Reservation cancelled between 10 days to 15 days of arrival 75% retention will be charged.
6. Reservation cancelled within 10 days of arrival 100% retention will be charged.
7. No refund for cancellation received on bookings from 15th Dec to 15th Jan.
8. Andaman Orchid Tours and Travels is not responsible for cancellation of the services by the vendors due to climatic change or any reason (Like Hotels, ferries, cruise, vehicles, shows etc.)
9. In addition to the above cancellation charges, you may be subjected to cancellation policy of the suppliers/ vendors applicable to your particular arrangements.
10. All refunds will be processed within but not limited to 30 days of cancellation of service, the refunds will be provided by whatever means feasible to Andaman Orchid Tours and Travels.
11. Customers are requested to provide correct information, in case of wrong information provided (even if by mistake) and if there arises any issues/dispute due to the same, Andaman Orchid Tours and Travels will not entertain those and the client has to bear the problems/fine/extra expenses arises due to the same.
